As well as you can convert your ppt to flash manually you can do it with a converter like iSpring (http://www.ispringsolutions.com). Free and commercial versions are available.

I am using PowerFlashPoint (http://www.powerflashpoint.com) for better conversion results. Digitalofficepro also provide demo versions.
